Elisabete transformed the company into a purpose-driven organization with a mission to improve lives. She has nurtured a people-centric company culture, laying the foundation for successful customer engagements cultivating exceptional customer partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, including Merck, UnitedHealthcare, CVS Health, Pfizer, and many more.

CQ fluency, a certified Minority and Woman-owned business since 2009, expanded globally in 2018 and has ranked by Inc. 5000’s 'Fastest Growing Companies' list for the last ten years. Elisabete's professional journey began in Brazil before immigrating to the US in 1994. Her transition inspired a mission to bridge language and cultural gaps, making her an expert in multicultural communications.

In 2023, Elisabete took CQ to a new level by forging a strategic partnership with Sorenson Communications supported by private asset management firm Ariel Alternatives and its fund, “Project Black.” Ernst & Young Capital Advisors served as financial advisor for the transaction.
